PHD STUDENT

My PhD will be investigating people’s emotional experiences of the built environment, combining interdisciplinary methods to better understand and potentially predict experience from space and task. If a goal of today’s designers is to create spaces for people, then it’s imperative to better understand how they affect users’ feelings and behaviours, and I hope to contribute to this domain. I am part of the Doctoral Training Programme in the Ecological Study of the Brain, which aims to explore the brain and behaviours in the real world. I have a MSc in Health, Wellbeing and Sustainable Buildings from the Bartlett, and a BASc in Arts and Sciences.
