My interests lie in improving our understanding of the mechanisms underlying preclinical Alzheimer's Disease (AD). During my PhD in the Spatial Cognition Lab, I am exploring spatial and social orientation deficits along the AD-spectrum, employing a big-data approach to support early detection and preventive interventions. By utilising both machine learning and fMRI methods, my work aims to develop an innovative, patient-tailored digital platform for diagnosing and monitoring AD, tracking healthy aging, and identifying key dementia risk factors.
