Senior architect in the pursuit to understand how to design healthier cities, that help, promote and ensure physical, mental, and social health by binding neuroscience and architectural design through interdisciplinary dialogue and collaboration between policymakers and stakeholders. Chevening scholar currently studying MSc Social Cognition: Research and Applications at UCL, where I will investigate the impact of design on cognition in the real world and immersive VR. To bring change and research-based design in Albania and Balkans I’ve cofounded NEUAR (Neuroscience for Urban Spaces and Architecture). My expertise includes designing and managing nonprofit and construction projects in the public and private sectors as a team lead or team member including Air Albania Stadium and Reconstruction of Schools in Tirana and Durres financed by KfW Development Bank. Through the years I had the opportunity to lead change in Albania and Europe as the co-founder and Board Member of EL*C (EuroCentralAsian* Lesbian Community), working closely with the Council of Europe and European Parliament in drafting various interventions to advance human rights for women and LGBT people.
